Upgrading from Premium to Family Premium Account - Billing info...

Hi there, 

I am just about to upgrade my account from the regular 1 user premium, to the family account. 

Just a quick question. When I upgrade, when do I get billed? I recently paid my £9.99 on the 24th of this month, so do I pay the £5 difference for this month? Not sure how it works.

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

No worries! Even if you have a Premium subscription, you can get Spotify Family. The time you've already paid will be split among the accounts included in the plan. In this case, the billing date came forward due to the difference in the price between Premium for Family and our regular Premium subscription.
