Use spotify downloaded music from my server

Hi,

I want to develop an app which uses streaming music. I was thinking to purchase a premium account allowing me to download up to 10000 songs to my local disk. I want to use those downloaded songs (stored in my server) where users of my app can listen to them freely. Is it legal to share those songs among others publicly for free?

Hope you're doing great!

I understand your concern. If someone else is on your account, then yes they can also listen to the music. You can also share music following these steps. In terms of being able to share your music in public, Spotify is exclusivley for personal use, which you can learn more about here.

Keep in mind, that if you are not sure if something is allowed or not, you can always check the Terms of Use for more detail and info.
