Using Premium Family while abroad

Hi everyone

 

I am currently in the United Kingdom with my partner for a few months (usually live in New Zealand). He just signed up to Premium Family for us however when I use the invite code it says the country is wrong. His account is under NZ and mine is under UK, which I can't change. Short of him cancelling the subscription, changing his to UK, re-subscribing (not even sure if that'll work with our NZ bank card!) and then trying again, is there any other way to get this to work? 

 

So much effort given we live at the same address in NZ and UK!!

Hey there @Chels4,

thanks for posting !

 

In order to have a fully functioning Family plan all users should reside under the same address and the plan should have a matching payment method to fit to country.

 

As a user is only eligable to transfer twice between family plans and that each user has it's own private accounts i suggest you use your private ones at the moment.

Making all those changes can effect the plan and prevent you from using it correctly.
