My Question or Issue I have a family plan subscription. It is just my wife and I. We are typically in different locations. I have a streaming device at location 1 under my profile but I am at location 2 listening on a different device. When my wife listens at location 1 on this device it knocks me off. How do I set up my account so I can have each device as a separate account to stop getting knocked off?  Thanks

Thanks for getting in touch with us and welcome to the Community 🙂

 

If you've logged into your account on two different devices, you can play music only on one at the time. That can explain why the music stops when your wife starts playing music on the other device.

 

To avoid that, you can log out from the first device. Then your wife can log into her own account in order to enjoy her favorite jams. After that, you would be able to listen to your songs without interruption.
