Hello,

I have a Premium for Family with 5 members from my family. At thursday Spotify send me a email that members must verify their address within seven days. But they didn´t receive any email, where they can verify address. So what we can do with that? Where they can verify their address, please?

 

Thank you a lot! I am lost and dissappointed....

Hey @Jirinka, help's arrived! 

 

Could you tell the members to check their spam/junk folders (if you're using g-mail, check promotions folder)?

 

If that doesn't help, please send me a screenshot of where you're seeing that message - please make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community.

E-mail to verify address recieved only one of members to spam. Other members didn´t recieved mail... I´m sending you screenshot of mail for me. I hope that Spotify doesn´t cancel Premium because i´m trying verify all members...
