My Question or Issue

I was part of a family plan and suddenly around two months ago it stopped qualifying me as premium. This plan is still being payed and the family member paying it says that I am still part of it.

 

Can I get my premium status back? It may have something to do that I deactivated my facebook account around the same time.

Could you try Logging out of the Spotify app > Restart the device > Log Back In?
