When accepting an invitation to join family plan it takes them to my acct i fo page and does nothing

Thanks for reaching out to us about this.

This might be happening because you (the owner) are logged into your account on their phone.

Bear in mind that each Family plan member has to have their own Spotify account. 

Could you make sure that the other person is logged in to their own account when accepting the invite you've sent them?
