Hi!

my name is Marc and I have a family account. My problem is that when I'm listening the music I like suddenly it changes to a different kind of music. When I check my phone it says that I'm listening someone else's music (it happened three or four times)

Also my download albums and playlists are gone and I have new ones I do not want to.

what is happenning?

Are you the Administrator of the plan? It looks like you're logging in the same account as some other member.

When you click here, do you see the correct credentials in your account?

Yes, I see my credentials when I click the link.

The people from who I listen the music it's people that I don't know!! How is this possible if they are not in my family plan?
