Why can not I subscribe to Spotify Family with Swisscom Natel Pay as a means of payment ?

Hi, I live in Switzerland and subscribe to Swisscom (telephone operator). They have an offer called Natel Pay that allows to pay a subscription through the mobile bill, but it only works for the premium subscription and I don't want to use PayPal. So I would like to know why this does not work on the family subscription ?

Not all payment methods are available for every product. This can change with time, but right now, the payment method you'd like to use for Premium for Family isn't available. I can get your feedback passed onto Spotify about this 🙂
