Why can't I download my playlist?

My Question or Issue

So my account was hacked recently and when I got it back I had to restore my playlist because it was deleted and when I tried to download my playlist on my computer and it just says "wait..." and nothing happends but I can download the playlist on my Iphone. And I didn't have this issue before my account got hacked. 

I have premium so that isn't the issue.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
