Why did my wife get kicked out and cannot get in again?

Yesterday my wife got automatically kicked out of my family plan ... Why? It has been working correctly for months and months, we log in from the same IP (our apartment) ... Why was she kicked out?

 

And most important: why can't I invite her again? (well, I can invite her, but she is not allowed in the plan).

 

Finally: I'm sure the community is helpful, but in my opinion this deserves talking directly to Spotify support, but I don't find any email address, or phone number (for Spain). How can I contact Spotify support about this?

Hey @jrodrigosm,

 

Please tell your wife to reach out to Support so the team can manually verify that she still resides at the same address as you 🙂

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
