Why does my account still show premium trial?

My Question or Issue

 

I have an account set to premium trial.

 

I accepted the invite to my wife’s family plan and completed the page using the email for my existing account.

 

It has created a new random character user id but seems to access my own account correctly, as does my old user id.

 

So it should all be fine. However my account setting still shows premium trial even after several log outs and logins. Why is that? I don’t want it to revert to free or try to charge me when the trial period ends.

 

 I have read all the help pages already so please don’t refer me to them as they don’t answer this question.
