Why family plan keep sending confirmation email to family members?

Why family plan keep sending confirmation email to family members?

I bought a family plan and added my family members. But spotify keep sending confirmation email to them almost everyday. If they don't repsond their memberships cancelled. How can we resolve this issue?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

 

Please keep in mind that all members on the plan must:

  • Reside at the same address.
  • Meet the minimum age and all other requirements in our Terms and Conditions.
If we’re unable to verify the members of a Premium for Family plan, they are removed from the plan. You can find more info here.
 
If that doesn't help, it'd be helpful if you could let us know if you're seeing any error messages when your family members are removed or joining your plan.
