Good afternoon everyone! I wonder why my child is being excluded from my plan? Two (2) times I send an invitation to my child, he accepts, starts using Spotfy and excludes him from the plan. can you help me?

Could you send your child another invite using a different valid email address? Also, is there a message/email when your child gets removed from the plan?
It's also good to reset your password here, just in case.
