Why remove my account from family plan

Why remove my account from family plan

I really enjoy listening to music with Spotify,but now I am facing a big problem about my account.

I get an email about my account is removed from my family's plan,but i am sure that the address is correct because it is my home address!

Can you help me solve this problem at your earliest convenience,please!!

Hey @hhhsuans, welcome to the Community!

 

Do you have any trouble joining the plan using an incognito window? You can also try joining using a different device.

 

Also, you can try joining by redeeming the code in your invite here. Remember to use an incognito window when doing this.

ich habe das gemacht, noch einmal mit incagnito. ab leider die einladungs email funktioniert nicht. 😕

Just to check we're up-to-date, were you removed from a Premium for Family plan?

Or, are you having trouble joining?

We'd also recommend checking out the section "Why was I removed from the Premium for Family plan?" if this is what's happened.

Thank you for getting back to me,but my problem was solved weeks ago.
Umm.. It really removed my account from my family plan,but at the same
time, I sent e-mail to them and they replied me soon and helped me to
solve the problem.
