My Question or Issue

I have a Family Plan with my brother in law and my wife in the same plan, we live in the same house. About a month ago I received an email for my brother to check his inbox and confirmed his address to be the same as mine (Family Manager), about 2 weeks ago, I received the same email about my wife account, but she didn't receive any email to confirm her address. So now she isn't on our Family Plan anymore and when I try to add her by sending her the link, it goes to an account confirmation page, and then says that Spotify couldn't confirm the address and for that reason couldn't join her account to our Family Member Plan, which is strange since no page to confirm or type an address appeared

In this case we suggest that you contact our Customer Support so that they can have a closer look directly at your wife's account.
