My wife's Spotify account (I am the main account holder) reverted back to "free" today. Her account is simply gone from the plan. I tried inviting her again, but it won't let her enable her account again. HELP!

It could be that your Spotify Family member entered another address you entered when the person accepted the invitation. This could cause that this person was removed from the plan.
