Will I get my money back?

Hello, I've just joined a Family plan. However, in order to join the plan I had to change the country as I was previously registered in UK but now I'm registered in Italy (the family is in Italy).

In order to change the country, I had to change the payment method with an account form Italy. However, I can see that the account has been charged the 9.99 euro premium subscription now.

I've successfully joined the Familiy plan and this is showing on my plan as well.

However, don't see why I should pay 9.99 for the change of the country.

Does anyone know where I can get a refund for the 9.99?
