My Question or Issue

 I am having trouble adding people to my family account. We all live at the same address but recently spotify unconnected two of my family members from the account. We have tried adding them back to the account but it says that they are unable to join and to see the terms and conditions. Both family members live at the same address as me. I added another family member to my plan a few weeks ago and she has had no problems. Please advise me of what to do as it is useless for me to have a family account if my family cannot join it.

 I'm having the same issue now. Not sure how it can be resolved. It's showing "Congratulations, you're about to join ..." but at the same time, it pops a red color error "Sorry, you're unable to join...".

Don’t worry - this is an issue that a lot of Premium for Family users experience. The best way to go about this is to get in touch with our Customer Support team here, who will be able to take a look at your account and see what's happening backstage.
