I canceled my subscription but it won't let me be added to my family's plan still?

Hey @brittnig90, help's arrived. 

 

Are you paying through a third party? If so, you may have to wait until your account reverts to Free before joining. You can check the renewal date from your account page.

 

If that's not the case, let us know what happens when you're trying to join and we'll help you out.
