Wont let me accept my premium family membership.

Hi,

I keep getting the error that I'm unable to join this family plan, which my house mate who I live with has invited me to ! please someone help,

she has cancelled the invitation and re sent it multiple times with no success.

Do you have any trouble accepting the invite to their Premium for Family using an incognito window? 

If so, reach out to our team via Twitter or Facebook with your account info. They'll be able to take a look at your account to see what's going on.
