My credit card payment for the yearly plan fails, but monthly payments with the same credit card work fine. (https://www.spotify.com/us/purchase/offer/12-months/?carrier=0&country=AT&psp=billing_paypal)

Any advice?

Thanks for searching for the answer you need here! 
 

We'd suggest you try processing the payment once again in a private/incognito window. This step makes sure you avoid issues with your browser's cache. If that doesn't do the trick try again in a different kind of browser.  

 

In case you still experience the same after performing these steps, it's a good idea to get in touch with the service provider of your payment method. They can help you check the status of the transaction you attempted and if it was successfully processed.
