I've changed my plan and when I tried to sing up again, received this error. Please help.

You can not participate in this Family Premium Plan. You have participated in two signatures in the last 12 months

Welcome to the Spotify Community.


Currently, you can switch from one Premium for Family subscription to another once every 12 months. It lsounds like you’ve been on two plans, and won’t be able to switch again at this time. You can rejoin your previous plan by asking the subscription’s owner to send you another invite, or check out our other subscription options here.
