You have discovered a premium feature error while having premium plan

Hello, 

So I am using spotify premium family plan on samsung on 8 which has  Android 9, and when I try to play some songs I get "you have discovered a premium feature" 

I have seen the old threads where it has been updated that the issue has been solved but it still persists

Also, I have tried all the previous solutions in the previous threads, which are, uninstalling reinstalling, updating restarting the device. And it still doesnt work. 

 

Paying for a premium plan and still not able to use it frustrating, kindly resolve asap.

Does it also happen when you use another device?

 

Is any other member of the plan going through this as well?

Can you please try a clean reinstall? Note that it's different than a regular one. 

 

Also:

- What happens if you play Spotify from your account on a Desktop device? 

- Have you done anything in particular before getting this message? 

- Does this show up only when you try to play songs or also when you tries to download songs?
