add a family member with no email address

Hi I would like to add 2 devices (my sons tablet and a spare tablet) 
neither of which have email addresses associated with them

is there a way to add these 2 devices to my plan without sending an email invite?

Unfortunately, this isn't possible.

You can't add someone to Premium for Family without an email address. Because you need to send the invite to an email address which needs to accept the invite. ^^

This is extremely frustrating! I stumbled upon a live chat session a couole of days ago but had to cut it short. Now no live Chat! I'm sending an invitation, the invitation is being accepted but nothing coming through to my spotify account.  Why is it so hard to add a family member!! Yes he has his own email address too!!
