all family kicked out from family account

a few days ago I was asked for an address and I put a fake one because I'm not used to write my personal home address on the internet and I didn't know it was requested for my family members to access... 

Now everybody is out and I can't do anything. I've been paying 15 eur/month for 2 years and this is how you treat your customers? I'm basically paying for a family but using a premium. so I'm supposed to just lose money because of your absurd policies?

im out of here, I already canceled my subscription. apple/amazon music is the future
