i was looking at the information about a family plan and it mentions that it is location based. does this mean that i can't play music offline and on the go?

Bear in mind that the Premium Family plan requires that all members of the plan reside at the same address.

yes but am i able use spotify on the go as well? like if i was in the
car and driving to the city and i have some music downloaded on
spotify on a family premium plan can i still listen to music in the
car?
