Superuser Contribution Deleted playlist's and can't play songs.

When I wasn't paying Premium everything worked perfectly, now when I'm paying, it's not working. Spotify deleted my Liked songs, and few more playlist's that I saved. Also, my biggest problem is that I can't play 90% of the songs that I want to play....

Superuser Contribution inable to find/ join family mix

I can't find the family mix on my spotify. I'm the plan manager but even on the manage family plan page there is no indication that it should exist, all it shows is 'add member'

Superuser Contribution Spotify kicks us off yet we have premium family plan.

While someone plays Spotify on Sonos at home it kicks me off Spotify in my truck. We got family premium to prevent this. Very frustrated.

How did someone add themselves to my Family Plan when I am the plan manager

I received an email stating someone added themselves to my family plan. I did not add them or send a link for them to add themselves. How did they add themselves?
