can't add a new member on my family suscription

Hi.

In my premium family plan I have a problem, it will not let me add new users even if they put the correct data, even one was already inside since time ago and suddenly was not inside the plan and could no longer join again.

I need to know why and what is the solution?

I made new email adresses and new accounts for everyone and still I can't get my husband in the plan. He gets the email with the invitation but when he clicks on it to be redirected the option af accept invitation doesn't appear anywhere...Has anyone got the same problem???

Option to add family member does not appear after clicking Go button under 'Manage your family accounts Want to add or remove members? ' Anyone here who knows how to resolve this?
