can't add family member

Hi, we are using the premium family. The problem is, that we live at the same adress but we habe differen family names. The account is on my name, then I add a family member with a different name. If I try to add other members, spotify tries to add the new member to a new account??? (someting like that) I can't add new members to MY account???
