My Question or Issue

 When I try to sign up for family plan by going to http://www.spotify.com/family it redirects me to http://www.spotify.com/za/family and give me a 404 error page

Hey @Anthontd, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great!

 

Could you try this using another browser or incognito mode to see if that makes a difference? If you're still having trouble, could you send me a screenshot of the error message being shown? Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community.

Happens with all browsers. Basic 404 page not found error:

I tried it on my end and eveything is working fine, even with both links. In this case, could you try going to the site again, and change your country to the country you are currently to see if that works? All you will do is scroll all the way down and you will see "Country..." (Screenshot Attached).

Nope country is already set correctly.
