cant login to family account

cant login to family account

hi,my wife and i've been using spotify family plan for some time now...we changed her phone recently and after that she can not use her premium benefits.(and spotify says 'upgrade to premium').her account seems to be ok. on the web page..i uninstalled the app from the older device,downloaded the app a few times and restarted the new device(old one:samsung galaxy s4,new one sony xz premium,maybe it has sth. to do with it,trying to give all the info)..i kicked her from the plan and re-invited a few times....no solution...appreciate any suggestions...
