Dear experts,

 

I have a premium account started ages ago in Germany. Now I have moved to Sweden and bought a family premium account to cope with all kids and their listening habits.

 

My question; I upgraded the existing German premium account to family and sent the invitations to my family members in Sweden. They cannot log in because the account is "German" according to Spotify.

I managed to follow the online manual on how to change country to Sweden - basically by setting up a new billing plan with a Swedish credit card. Now all is in Swedish... ...except the country that remains "Germany" until the next billing (in approximately a month)... ...the problem is that noone can log onto the account in the mean time since the country is still remaining wrong! What shall I do?

There's not much you can do except wait until the next billing date, sorry 😞
