family account: Spotify states we live in 2 different countries even if we are not

Hello,

 

my husband and I live in Germany and at the same address. Our Spotify accounts are also marked as German. Yet, yeterday he tried to create a family account and I could not follow the invitation as by followng the link in the email invitation a banner popped up stating I live in a country different then my huband!

What is happenning there?

Hey @vgsantini,

 

I'd recommend making sure that both accounts have set the same country setting: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/account_basics/how-can-i-change-my-country-setting/.
