family account removed when i renew

when i renewed my plan for spotify family, the accounts in my plan got removed and i have to resend the emails again, and it didnt work when they tried to join

Hope you’re doing well!

 

That’s odd! Could you make sure that all the members on your plan reside at the same physical address as you? 

 

Once you’ve done that, please try to send them another invite using a different browser or incognito mode.
