I have family plan and i have 4 members and everything goes well but when i added 5th member i can send invitation but person can`t join to my family

Can you please provide some more info about this issue? Is the person seeing any error messages? If so, which one exactly?

I'd recommend telling her to reach out to Spotify for more help with this. She can find some more info here on how to do this.
