My husband recently created a family account for the both of us. He had premium and I had the free version. I accepted the family plan through the email that he sent me to join and I entered my email that I previously used. It said I was now on the family plan but my features are still set on the free membership (I can't: skip songs, choose songs, etc...). Please help!

What device did you use to sign in? Could you please try using a different device?

 

I guess you might have more than one Spotify account.

 

Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.
