family spotify adress

Hi, 

When I am trying to join my brother family spotify it is asking me for a street number and zip code. We live in the country in Ireland and have no numbers or zip codes. Any suggestions on how to get past this? It wont be let join the plan otherwise. I used to be on this family plan for a couple of months and it  only now asked me to confirm my address.

You'll need to enter the same info he was asked to input when he invited the first member to his plan. 

If he doesn't remember, ask him to reach out to us here with his account info.
