My Question or Issue

I bought a Gift Card in Italy, at LOTTOMATICA, 120€!!! I thought i coud have used it to pay all my year of family substcription but... i cannot redeem the code!! 

I'm very upset because it is not just few euros.. it is 120!!!

I understand your concern about this. You aren’t able to redeem gift cards for Family plans at the moment. There is some more information on this here. My suggestion is that you go back to the place where you brought the card and see if they can help with a refund, or use it towards a Individual Premium plan.

If this is something you’d like to see in the future, you can always create a new Idea about this here, and I'll also pass your feedback on to the right folks.
