Hi,

I have been getting crazy trying to add my daughter to my family plan. I moved my plan from uk to france updating credit card (using a french one now). I updated the address for the family plan (my profile though keep showing UK as residence)

in any case i have my phone on one hand and the ipad on the other and no chance to make the address confirmation work (tried 1000 times, tried my former uk one... no luck)

Pls help!

 

Plan: Family Premium

Country: France, recently moved from the Uk which seems to be part of the problem

Device: iphone fr, ipad

Operating System

(iOS 10)

We'll be happy to explain a bit more about what seems to be happening here.

 

If you were able to change the payment method to a French one but your account is still set to the UK, you'll need to wait until you next payment date so that the change will go into effect.

 

When your next payment goes through your French card, the account should sync up and you will be able to add your family members to the plan.

 

You can keep track of your subscription's status with the steps here.
