[iOS][Other] Help with Spotify For Family

I have a problem with my spotify premium. I switch by a family to another (just becuse i moved in), but spotify send me an email that says "It was not possible to confirm your address, so we set your account in spotify free". What can i do?

It will give you some options to fix the problem your self, it that doesn't help you will be directed to spotify support.
