Necesito importar los datos de mi cuenta individual a mi nueva cuenta Plan Familiar Premium. ¿Como lo hago?

Yes, I guess it's something possible, @romainchat.

 

In this case I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify Cares staff - They'll be happy to help you further with this.

 

There are a few ways to contact them. One is via Twitter - just send them a Direct Message @SpotifyCares.

 

Another great way is to use the Facebook support. Shoot them a message here: Spotify Cares. They generally reply very quickly.

Hola @romainchat, thanks for writing!

 

I hope you don't mind if I answer in English (feel free to keep writing in Spanish).

 

When we upgrade from regular Premium to Premium for Family, our account remains the same. There's no need to import any data.

 

Did you notice any difference in your account after upgrading?

Thanks for answering. Actually I lost all the selected playlists, artists,
songs that I had before, I have like an empty account...
I think this is because I used to log in with my facebook but now i am
registered with my e-mail address and a password...
My family account now is romainchat
And the former one was connected with "Tahc Niamor" on facebook.
Can you help me? 🙂

In this case I'd say you have more than one Spotify account.

 

Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.
