My Question or Issue

I have a family plan,I added 3 members and it works for all of us,but when i send an invitation for 4th it just doesn't work. I tried sending link (for a month) by messenger and mail,even opening it in incognito and by different devices.Few times each. Still have a notification "problem,try later". Member had premium previously,but already canceled that subscription.We just don't know where is the problem.

Sorry to hear this.
Could you try sending them another invite using a different valid email address? If that doesn't help, please send me a screenshot of what happens when the member tries to accept the invite. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
