Hi,

 

Firstly, I was notified by the system I could not set up a family plan.

 

Now, I am being charged for it and cannot add family members. 

 

I think the issue is because I originally had a US account but now live in Germany. I've tried using both my US address and German address with no success. (see error message attached) 

 

This is super frustrating because I have had several issues with my account over the last months and it is impossible to reach customer support. 

 

Please assist!!!!

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

 

Have you already tried updating your Spotify payment info with a card registered in Germany before adding your address for the Family plan and inviting prospective members? This will help you set the country of your Spotify account to "Germany" (starting on the next billing date with your existing subscription or immediately with a new one).
