I had a Premium for Family plan and payment was just made on June 14, 2019.

Country

 

Device

(iPhone 6) and also an imac

Operating System

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

 

My Question or Issue

I had been listening to my spotify premium for family on my office computer all morning.  I left the office and went to listen on my phone but no longer had premium.   When I got back to my office and checked my spotify account online, I no longer had a premium account, even though payment had been made for the month on June 14, 2019.

How do I re-establish my original premium for family account?  I don't want to have to sign up again and pay for the month, when I have already paid...
