Kredi kartımdan 6.99 TRY çekilmesine karşın hesap dökümünde görünüyor, benim hesabım premiuma yükseltilmedi. Ne yapmam gerek?

It sounds like the payments didn't go through. If that's the case, the funds should get back to you soon. For now, you can try signing up for Premium  again using an incognito window to see if it helps.

We also suggest making sure your payment card meet these requirements. If you're unsure, you can reach out to your bank to double-check.
