missed email confirmation to join a family account

My Question or Issue

  I missed to reply to a confirmation request from Spotify due to holidays and now one of our accounts connected to our Family Account cannot rejoin. How do I reconnect that user account with our Family Account again, sending an invite only generates a message “you cannot join this Family Account”. I already sent a new invite and it didn’t works.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

So we can take a closer look could you send us a screenshot of the error message your family member sees when trying to join your plan? Make sure that it doesn't include any private/sensitive info 🙂

We'd also recommend trying to resend the invite and asking your family member to accept the invite in an incognito or private window in their browser.
