my music is interrupted by one other family member spotify family

My Question or Issue

Hello, I've bought spotify family. We are 5 members using it on mobiles. My probleme is that I can't listen to my music when my daughter doest on her side. Her music interrupts mine and vice versa.  When I look at my account (I'm User and administrator ) her statut is 'invitation sent and waiting"  while other members are "activated". However she succed in joining the family group and have her own playlist .  What can I do? Thank's in advance.

It looks like your daughter has more than one Spotify account. In this case she's probably signing in the "wrong" one.

Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts she might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.
