My Question or Issue

Hi, I've got a new family plan.I did install it on my dads phone and i he did get my invitation all good, but when i get his phone and try to download his playlists i cant, it says: ¨you just discovered a premium function¨.... i though each of the family members have premium now? can anyone help me with this? thanks a lot.

Let's see what's going on.

First, check to make sure that your dad is one of the members on your Premium Family plan

 

If you see him as one of your members, try a thorough reinstall of the Spotify app on his phone following these steps. If possible, try asking him to log on to Spotify on a different device and see if they get the same result there.
