My Question or Issue
when I click on the link to add members - I don't see anything. I can't use my family membership

Just to confirm, are you on a Premium Individual subscription at the moment?
Keep in mind that Premium Family is not currently available in Israel. This would explain why you're having troubles adding any family members.
If this is something you'd like to see in the future, we'd recommend adding your +VOTE and feedback here. We'd also suggest taking a look at this Spotify Answer on how ideas get implemented.
